1. General Rules

1.1. This limited-time promotion will be available from 17 June, 2024 at 9:00 UTC and ending on 31 July, 2024 at 23:59 UTC.

2. Right of Participation

2.1. Residents and nationals of the United Kingdom (UK) are not eligible to participate.

2.2. This promotion is only open to KYC-verified Yield App users.

2.3. This promotion is only eligible for referrers bringing new referred users who register on Yield App during the campaign duration.

3. Mechanism

3.1. The promotion is valid exclusively for users registered via referral links during the promotional period. 

3.2.  Deposits of any cryptocurrency asset or fiat currency are eligible. 

3.3. Only Earn+ and Earn+ 365 deployments are considered for the deployment tasks.

3.4  Internal transfers are disqualified from this promotion. Users are prohibited from transferring funds to friends or other accounts to qualify for the deposit. Only new external deposits will be considered valid for this promotion. 

4. Winner Selection 

4.1. Yield App will track the number of successful referrals you make throughout the campaign duration. If you are among the top 25 referrers by the end of the promotion period, you will be eligible to share in the 10,000 USDT prize pool.

4.2. The rewards you receive will depend on the amount of referrals each of the users brings that made it to the top 25. The more you refer the higher the share of the prize pool will be. 

4.3. A leaderboard that will be updated and shared throughout the campaign duration on our official social media channels and email communications. 

4.4. Winners for the prize pool will be selected based on the number of successful referred users. The referred users must have completed KYC to be counted as successful referred users.

4.5. Specific tasks your friends need to complete are:

• Stake YLD- A minimum of 2,000 YLD 
• Deposit - A minimum of $500 (any cryptocurrency or fiat)
• Earn+ - A minimum of $1,000 into Earn+ (any cryptocurrency)
• Earn+ 365 - A minimum of $5,000 into Earn+ 365 (any cryptocurrency)

4.6. All the tasks can be completed only once. Each completed task qualifies for a single reward.

5. Rewards Distribution

5.1. Referrers and referred users will be credited with a $25 Bitcoin reward within 48hrs of the referred user deploying a minimum of $1,000 into Earn+ and/or Earn+ 365. 

5.2. The Referral Club rewards will be added to your wallet within 14 days after the campaign ends and all tasks are verified. All rewards from the prize pool or individual tasks will be in USDT.

6. Market Fluctuation Notice

6.1. Please note that, based on market fluctuations, the value of the prize may change and may not be equal in value at the time the recipient has the ability to withdraw. The prices of digital assets, including stablecoins, can and do fluctuate significantly over the short term. Due to such price fluctuations, the value of your assets may rise or fall at any given moment.

7. Rights Reserved by Yield App

7.1. Yield App reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Program should any virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Yield App’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Program.

7.2. Yield App reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine and/or amend or vary these terms and conditions without prior notice, including but not limited to canceling, extending, terminating, or suspending this promotion, the eligibility terms and criteria, the selection and number of winners, and the timing of any act to be done. All participants shall be bound by these amendments.

7.3 In the event of any dispute, Yield App reserves the right to make all final decisions regarding the campaign

8. Additional Terms

8.1. Any notice required or made under these terms by any participant to Yield App shall only be made via e-mail to support@yield.app. Any notice required or made under these terms from Yield App to any participant shall be considered validly received when addressed to the participant’s last provided email address, mailing address, or phone number.

8.2. Yield App shall have no liability for any participant’s failure to receive notices regarding the Program due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or any participant’s provision of incorrect or non-functioning contact details. If a participant cannot be contacted or is ineligible, Yield App, at its sole discretion, may invalidate any reward under these terms.

8.3. All relations between Yield App and the participants will be governed by these terms, the General Terms, and the Applicable Law, as defined by the General Terms.

8.4. By entering the Program, participants declare that they have reviewed, accepted, and consented to all terms and conditions of these terms.

9. Prohibited Activities

9.1. YLD staking task: Only new transactions are eligible for the YLD staking task. Internal transfers or swapping of existing crypto or fiat into YLD will be deemed ineligible and rejected. Additionally, any unstaking of YLD during the campaign duration will result in disqualification.

9.2. Deposit task: Only new cryptocurrency or fiat deposits are eligible for the deposit task. Internal transfers will be deemed ineligible and rejected. Furthermore, any withdrawals during the campaign duration will be rejected.

9.3. Deployment task: Only new deployments into Earn+ or Earn+ 365 from any assets of the user's choice are eligible. Any scheduled redemptions during the campaign duration will be rejected.

9.3. Any attempt by a participant to undermine the legitimate operation of the Program, including but not limited to engaging in dishonest or abusive activities, bulk-account registrations, or generating activity from the same IP address, will result in disqualification.

9.4. Yield App reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Program, including but not limited to the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering.

10. Responsibility and Liability

10.1. The Winner shall be fully and solely responsible for any and all reward-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, and any fees or sanctions imposed in this regard.

10.2. Yield App shall not be held liable for any issues arising from market fluctuations or any changes in the value of digital assets.
